By joining the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program, members must agree to the following terms and conditions.
Anyone violating these terms will be removed from the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program without any obligation by the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program to redeem any earned credits. By joining,you agree to the following:

Partners agree to insert the HTML code provided by SemenEnhancer.com for displaying the text ad on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. The HTML code on your pages should look similar to the code supplied during the registration. (It's OK to alter the general appearance to match the "look" of your website, but don't change the addresses or the tracking code contained in the link!). SemenEnhancer.com reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code.

All the SemenEnhancer.com links must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the link.

A partner may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one SemenEnhancer.com ad on any page. A member may not include the ad on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user.

Partners acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by SemenEnhancer.com. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.

All partners agree to utilize the services of the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program at their own risk.
SemenEnhancer.com, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program.

Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, SemenEnhancer.com makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the SemenEnhancer.com.

SemenEnhancer.com name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from SemenEnhancer.com. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by SemenEnhancer.com on the site or in the promotion of the site.

A partner may cancel their membership in the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program at any time by sending a cancellation notice to webmaster@SemenEnhancer.com and removing the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program HTML code from their website. The cancellation notice should have the URL of the ad to be removed.

The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program:
Sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate. The SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in the SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program.

SemenEnhancer.com Partner's Links Program reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time wothout any further notice.
